So I'm in the middle of a ratrig vcore build, and I had settled on using revo so I can change nozzles easily. The high flow variant was a total no brainer, so as soon as I saw the announcement I threw money. At which point I received the desired product in 36 hours. I'm on the other side of the planet. The package tracking read like the plot of a Jason Bourne movie, any faster and you would have had to use a ceramic heat shield for reentry.

Well I had a hot end vued and could not get it off of the nozzle so had to brake the thing of and screw out the stim. the heater was toast. So I got on line and found the parts page and ordered three 12v heaters, and it took less than a week to get them from the UK, sent here to Hawaii, Now that was service and fast. more better than getting something from China... I feel that the love that went in to the company for the products that they put out is a A+++. I have three r3vo hemera's XS, two 12v and one 24v any cubic printers, one chiron and two anycubic X's and converted them to driect drive and that in a nut shell has taken care of all My problems and the prints are just like a molded form. All I can say, is keep up the great products.

Ordered a Prusa MK3S specific Revo 6 hot end with the 4 nozzles. Arrived 2 days later. Fitting was real easy. Had a few hiccups but that was down to me and not the parts. Definitely would buy again if needed.

E3D nozzles and extruders are tough and work very well with LulzBot 3D printers.

I purchased a Revo v6 upgrade for my prusa mk3. Very pleased with the experiance and service. The item arrived quicker than I expect and I ha e since installed the hotend on my printer. As a product its designed as a straight swap and I can say that it really does. Its working very well on my printer and I am very pleased with the performance. One change I made was to solder my cables dirrectly to the hotend rather than via the intermediate connector arrangement provided to make cable routing more compact.

Still haven’t got the product been in shipping for damn near 2 weeks. Soon as I ordered it I changed my mind and was like I’m just going to buy a whole new printer instead of upgrading everyone else that I bought stuff off of like a new extruder they gave me refunds in literally under a hour . Still until this day I haven’t got a message from e3d NOTHING and it been weeks I asked for them to not ship it out and gets refund but sense it got shipped out (after 3-4 days wondering why it haven’t yet) I see that it ships STILL NO EMAIL OR MESSESGE ON INSTAGRAM THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTHING but I didn’t give this a 1 star because I haven’t got the product yet and I don’t know if it’s good or not just making my complaint that customer service horrible and shipping takes weeks.RESOLVED they replied after like 1-2day but went to spam put it on my printer and said forget sending it back was simple just can’t figure out why spool ain’t sticking but doubt it the product ..great product.
