Italy | 11 August 2021Worst service, was waiting my order about 1 month (instead of 3-5 days declared) and payed extra 20$ for 60$ order. I will never buy on this site, would order on Amazon which would deliver in 2 days the same order, if I knew that everything would end this way.

Germany | 17 June 2021Der Shop zeigt Produkte in € an berechnet aber dann beim bezahlen in GBP. Ich habe auf den Fehler hingewiesen war den Damen und Herren von E3D egal. Habe mich bei Paypal beschwert. Paypal hat die 5€ Differenz dann ausgeglichen. Es geht ausdrücklich nicht um die 5€ sondern das man denkt man kauft in € wird aber dann in GBP abgebucht. Das ist so nicht OK.

United Kingdom | 19 January 2021High quality spares/upgrades. Delivery is reasonably quick, but wish they had more choice on their amazon prime outlet! Have used 4 of their higher-end parts; Hemera, Motion System, NozzleX and Mordor bed and although I've not contacted them directly (through the website or email) for support they are incredibly active in user forums on Facebook when required.

United Kingdom | 21 May 2020Really BAD company and HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I order accidentally wrong silicone socks and I asked them (multiple times) if I can buy the right ones and if they can include those ones on my order as my order wasn't dispatched yet. They refused and they lied that the order was dispatched which wasn't because I didn't even have a tracking number and on their website was saying that my order will despatch tomorrow. Also, said they will send me the right ones for free and after that, they said that they cant send them!!!! I spend 4 days emailing them how I can return at least the wrong products for a refund and they don't even get back to my emails... AVOID TO SHOP FROM THEM!!!! I suggest if you still want their products, go to purchase them from another shop that sells them NOT from the official brand's shop! Also, their website is the worst website is ever exists on the internet!! Good products but HORRIBLE Customer Service and super Unhelpful!!!! .....Never Again......

Unfortunately i can't even go through assembly point 6. because the thermistor is totally missing. Missing parts in this price range are a no-go, i hope they send me the missing parts (thermistor + extension wire) EDIT: They resend the missing parts

France | 11 December 2018Lamentable, commande passée le 15/11, fin novembre je les contacte pour savoir ou est ma commande et on le dit rupture sur un produite.début décembre je les contacte à nouveau et la on me dit oups désolé, on c'est loupé on vous l'expédie à nos frais en express vous l'aurez sous 1 à 3 jours. Quelques jours plus tard toujours pas de colis je les recontacte.... A désolé monsieur un produit est non dispo. Je demande des explications et on m'explique qu'entre temps le produit est revenu en rupture de stock, que si ça me dérange il le retire de la commande. Je demande un geste commercial pour le retard et les loupés et la j'ai 'vous aurez 10% sur la prochaine commande". Bref mon colis va m'est envoyé partiellement, avec des frais de port eux bien complet. Bref si vous avez de la chance commandez sinon ce sont des voleurs, ils se foutent de leur client, dommage j'aimais bien leur produit mais j'irais à la concurrence
