Rug is beautiful and great quality. Took a chance buying it online without seeing it and more then happy how it looks. Very light ivory with integrated blackish undertones. Absolutely beautiful.

Make sure you triple check all of your documentation and take conversations with 0 value. Was told 5 year financing was what I was to be given but ended up only being 18 months. Called in to let them know of the issue ok my first statement and was told "oh thats an issue with a recent change of codes with the financer and we will fix it" Welp thay never happened and told me there was "no way to verify that and there's nothing we can do" Highly recommended going somewhere else for your products and services unless you like a snake oil salesman

Received the incorrect size area rug. The description on the website indicated that the area rug was 27" x 45", but the rug sent to me was 24" x 36". The website needs to corrected. I do not need a 2 x 3 foot area rug.

I was told the tile was returnable and now they're telling me it is not that it's special order. The person on the phone I spoke to specifically told me I could return it after 30 days so you lied to me.

Ordered a oval sent a rectangle. Very poorly packed folds in middle of roll up damage to back of fog in tight folds. Would like get the oval one and send this one back

The carpet is pretty. But the design looks more cartoon like than sea life. The shading in is actually opposite from the pic on the website. I’ve unwrapped and thrown away the label so I can’t return it.
