I ordered two area rugs, one was back-ordered. The customer service team notified me and allowed me to change the order with ease. I am pleased with the rugs that I received, they look great!

I only gave two stars because I still haven't received my order. One part of my order is estimated to be here in a couple days ( I ordered weeks ago) and the other one is delayed but I don't know why. The only reason I gave 2 stars is I'm still hopeful my order will arrive some day.

I had a good buying experience from carpet mart. I was immediately notified the item I purchased was on backorder and when they expected to have my purchase ready. My purchase arrived earlier than expected and I received a significant discount through coupons from the provider via email . The only thing I disliked about the purchase was the delivery company dropped my carpet off at the front of my property, instead of driving it up, and left it outside with a forecast of rain overnight. Had I received a wet carpet instead of a dry one I would not have been so happy. I was happy to see the carpet was wrapped up nicely to prevent such a case. But, I wonder what that would be like for an older couple who may not have the strength to move a carpet this large. Other than that I believe the quality of my carpet is very nice. I would purchase again if UPS was not the delivery company.

Love the selection; however, I had a very difficult time checking out. Each time I clicked on my cart, I got errors. It took me greater than 10 attempts to actually get the buggy website to let me pay and check out. Otherwise, good selection of tile! Update: The tech team at this company contacted me right away about the buggy website. I gave them detailed info to look into it…and they’re working on fixing it right away! Talk about amazing customer service! I’m so impressed! That’s 5 stars in my book! Bonus, installed the tile and it’s just as stunning as the pics! Love, love it!

Previously I ordered a small runner (as a sample) on Amazon to be sure I liked the rug colors (med/dark blue, light grey, off-white, light & med brown, red/rust) and pattern. Once I'd confirmed it was perfect, I had a hard time finding it available in the size I wanted! Carpet & Tile Mart was great - they contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that only 2 were currently available and urged me to order ASAP. I did and the carpet arrived today - just 10 days after I ordered it! When I ordered it was clear that the rug would be delivered "curb-side". I received a phone call yesterday confirming FEDX delivery today and I received phone call today from the driver at the end of my driveway. It's a long driveway and as I'd been told, they were not allowed to bring the 18-wheeler to the house. He waited while I drove down the driveway and he helped load it into the car. The driver was pleasant and helpful.
