Good customer service also means fixing an issue in a timely and equitable manner. Had a problem which caused me to give poor review but with managers aid problem was resolved perfectly. I strongly believe the manager was customer focused and truly wanted to resolve problem which he did immediately. With that said I believe the right processes are in place and I highly recommend shopping there. .

I ordered a remnant and paid for it the same day, got no phone call for over 3 weeks so i followed up i did everything they were supposed to. yet they lost the remnant? so i went down the lady at the desk was in convinced i wanted a refund. They still have not found the remnant after 2 months, friggin horrible place with all the money i spent there, next time ill go to home depot or lowes for carpeting instead of lancaster carpet mart, whatta joke

While the rug was of good quality, the color was a whole lot darker than expected. I kept the rug, but was unable to use it in the location I had hoped, due to the muddy appearance. Delivery was very timely and in good condition.

I was very apprehensive about having a installer do the carpet as I previously did all the installs in the previous home. Was astonished as how good a single guy could install the carpets!! This single installer did a great job and went above and beyond in the install. Would recommend and I intend on using them again in the near future.

My experience with Carpet and Tile Mart was phenomenal! I started a bathroom remodel in March, but I wasn't ready for my flooring until June, Danny Oates Sr. helped me pick out the perfect floor and let me store it at the store until I was ready. I loved it so much I ended up putting it in my laundry room, hallway and bedroom along with the bathroom. Then, Mark O'Boyle and Tom Lapatic came out to install it. They were very professional and kept me informed all along the way. They consulted me and on certain things and did a beautiful job. I like it when people do a job for you as if it were in their own home. To top it off, I ended up wanting a area rug for the perimeter of my bed and underneath, after searching a bunch of stores I thought, go back Danny at Carpet Mart! There, I purchased a remnant that accented my new floor. They cut it to fit exactly and bound the edges for me. It looks so awesome!

I just had sheet vinyl installed which I purchased from the Mechanicsburg, PA store. The person who did the installation was Shadi Thabateh. Shadi was extremely respectful and professional and worked very hard to be sure everything was as perfect as it could possibly be. I absolutely would have Shadi do any future installations and will, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone. I was also very please with the store sales rep, Mike McNaughton. Overall, I will not hesitate to come back to Carpetmart for any future flooring needs.

Carpet was wrapped well, had end protectors and also had a hard cardboard roll in the center so it had no wrinkles. It was a good price and arrived earlier than expected. Beautiful well made carpet. Will definitely order again.
