Reading,PA. If there is one thing I can't stand is a salesman up my rear end when I am trying to shop. Dont they get it? If I want help, I will ask for it. They stand over you and watch you like a hawk like you are going to walk out with 10x12 carpet in your pocket. I think them asking when you first enter the store if you need any help is fine, but to constantly watch you is uncomfortable.

The price for this rug was 35% less then all other options on line. It arrived very fast in perfect condition! I will definitely purchase from this company again.

Ordering a rug online was a breeze. The salesman was able to look up our last purchase a year ago. I looked for what I wanted from that info. I managed to use the option of adding the run to a pic of my room and it worked well. I played with it, made a purchase and it was delivered very quickly. I was very pleased. Very poor management at the Whitehall store. Three weeks later and still not in. I have made numerous calls and finally went in to get a refund and Karen the manager didn’t have the decency to talk to me let alone apologize.

I received everything in a timely fashion and the rug was well packaged. I also appreciate the rug pad. I am only giving 4 stars because it would have been nice to know when the item was shipped and to be delivered.

The carpet I ordered is beautiful and was delivered pretty quickly. Was very disappointed when I unrolled the carpet and noticed two rows of dirty gray spots on one end of the carpet. Figured it would be too much of a hassle to return/exchange so I'm keeping it. Luckily it's on the end that's mostly covered by my chair/sofa so i was able to make it work. Still pretty disappointing, but I do love the carpet.

Went to the Franklin Mills location store yesterday. When we entered we were greeted by Julie who asked if she could help us. She took us to help find what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She also had a great personality and it was a fun time shopping with her. We also dealt with Marchie the manager she was also very pleasant and helpful with us making our purchase. We will definitely recommend this store and especially Julie and Marchie to anyone looking for floor products

I went to the new store in Whitehall 3 weeks ago to get carpet. I had to get someone to help me which seemed odd but I did pick out a carpet and was told that a person would call me to schedule a measurement. After waiting over a week to have someone call me, I called and scheduled the measurement for the 17th at 9am. I took off from work that morning but nobody ever showed up. In fact, when I called the store to see when someone would be showing up, they told me that they didn't even have me on their schedule. I was told that someone would call me to reschedule but no one ever called. I finally went to the store on the 20th to drop off the sample that I borrowed and to get my $35 measurement fee refunded. I was told that because I scheduled the appointment and live outside of Kutztown, that nobody was available. No call from the store to tell me this and the person I spoke to really didn't seem to care that I took off from work to get this measurement done. All I can say to anyone considering this place......go somewhere else!
