They messed up my order - did not order it correctly and then never placed the order. I had to drive 2 hours to pick up the tile. Their delivery time frames are not accurate and off by weeks. You get a different answer depending on who you talk to. The manager never returned my calls and did not make it right. Poor customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.

I am from the suburbs of Chicago, looking for a runner without any luck until I call carpet mart, Marvin answer my call ,what a wonderful person, he did everything possible to find the runner I was looking for and finally he did it, I have not done it with out him .THANK YOU MARVIN!!!

I feel like I was ripped off. They say free installation but when I got my quote the installation is NOT free. We called because we thought it was an error, but no. Almost $700. For installation.

I purchased a Momeni carpet and, unfortunately, it was defective. Because of Covid, it was difficult to secure a replacement and, understandably, the process of resolving my issue took much longer than it would have otherwise. I dealt with Kim and it was the best customer service experience I have ever had. She was unfailingly prompt, efficient and on top of my matter. I will definitely purchase from Carpet Mart again because I am confident that they will stand behind their products.

I have been shopping at Carpet Mart for over 30 years. I use to shop here for all of my wallpaper needs, but now for all of my flooring. I have always received excellent service. The last few times I was in , I had the pleasure of being waited on by Nicole. I couldn't ask for better customer service. She is always pleasant, helpful and goes above and beyond to make my shopping experience a pleasure. 5 stars is not enough. I have worked in the customer service industry my whole life and its becoming harder to find such excellent customer service skills. It is exactly what keeps me driving 1hour back every time I need something and why I have always recommended your business. Keep hiring people like this fantastic young lady! Decided to give them a try, and at first i was very pleased. Needed a rug for my sons room and they were very helpful. Helped me find what i wanted, gave me a great price. Upon loading this 10x12 rug into the back of my brand new truck, instead of waiting for me to lower the tailgate he decide to slide it in over top. By the time i got to him the damage was already done. Carpet is very rough on the under side so you can imagine what it does to paint. Figured it was an accident so i was not that mad about it. Talked to what seemed like a manager and was shown a sign that said not responsible for damage to vehicles while helping load. Wow, what a joke. If he would have waited for my help it would not have happened. Won't be giving them another try ever.

Easy to order. Looks just like online picture. Fast delivery. Very pleased.

Very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate with lots of fine products from which to choose. Nice feature to be able to buy just a sample, however a reduced price for the sample would encourage more choices. Paying for the sample at per foot prices limited my preferences. The sample arrived very quickly which is a plus for being able to get home project finished quickly.

My new carpet is as beautiful in my room as it appeared in the pictures.

As a contractor I must say working with them is the worst experience I ever have had. Nothing but condescending attitude and always making excuses for the mistakes, nothing is ever delivered on time, I will never work with them again and I do not recommend them at all!

Teenage days, my mom always buy products from this store and now that I have my own family, I still patronize their products as it is affordable with great quality and great people.
