I was drawn into Airbase Carpet due to an ad that offered free carpet install. Buyer beware!! The fine print for the free install for my carpet had restrictions. I had a favorable experience last week when I bought an area rug at the store. However when I wanted to buy inside/outside carpeting with free install, I needed to spend much more then I wanted to due to additional fine print restrictions. So the AD for Free Carpet Install wasn't free at all,,,,

I ordered an 8 x 10 rug online. I read several reviews that were not so favorably rated and those reviews were from people who experienced bad service and had carpet installed. I decided to order it anyway, since I didn’t have to work with any service people - and I’m glad I’m did. Not only did I save quite a bit of money but the order was shipped within a few days, and I received an email that the order was shipped, and the order arrived the next day. Pleasantly surprised. I absolutely love the rug. Everything I had hoped for and in great shape.

I was shipped the wrong color carpet. I ordered multi-color and received beige. Unfortunately to get it out of the shipping plastic, the plastic had to be ripped. Therefore, I have nothing to ship the carpet back in. I’ve already reordered and received the carpet I wanted from Amazon because you now show it as backordered. If you didn’t have it in stock, it would have been nice to be contacted to have the option of canceling my order or accepting the color you had. This was blatant lack of customer service. Hopefully we find time to drive the hour and a half that it will take to drive from PA to DE, crossing state lines during a pandemic, to return this carpet before it’s too late to return it. Otherwise I’ll end up paying for a carpet I didn’t order. I had previously had wall to wall carpeting installed by you. I will not buy from you again.

love my carpet she have bought one size up and it is slippy on the deck you need a pad underneath, when you come in the door the rugs slips back even when the dog jumps in the door

Choosing, ordering and receiving the rug went beautifully. We had actually seen the rug that someone had ordered so did not have to depend on online photos to know whether or not the rug was what we wanted. I received the wrong color carpet at first. Had to wait a while to get a response but I’m pretty sure it had to do with Covid-19 and being understaffed. Otherwise the process of returning the incorrect and receiving the correct carpet was really smooth.

I also purchased the Nourison prismatic seafoam rug and it is perfect! This rug complements my medium blue furniture and I can't stop looking at it. Carpetmart had a sale plus an additional 10% for new customers, the price was hundreds cheaper than anywhere else. Customer service was very helpful and the rug was delivered in a little over a week. I will be buying a another rug from Carpetmart in the very near future!

I ordered the Seafoam Prismatic Rug. I absolutely LOVE IT!!! It’s so beautiful!! It looks even better than the pictures in my opinion. I received it in a timely manner and the quality of this rug is unbelievable. Very Nice!!
