This turned out better than we had expected, as an office prank for a photo that had been photoshopped. The delivery was very quick and we had a lot of fun passing it around and taking selfies with it.

Brilliant service! I was a little worried about the quality of the photo I wanted to use, with it being one from 50 years ago - but it has reproduced brilliantly. Paid for a cut out head, the item never came and when I called on several occasions there was no answer.

I sent a picture with my cat with her tail up. I wished they made the cutout 2 feet from the tip her tail, instead the cut off her tail and blew up her body size. Looks pretty terrible. UPDATE: I am very happy to be contacted and have this issue improved. 2nd UPDATE: I have received a replacement cut out with a different photo since the one I sent would have had too much background. The replacement is perfect, but above all, the customer service has been impeccable. They really want you to be happy with your purchase, which at first I was not and I figured it was just my loss, but they surprised me above my expectations.

I didn’t actually purchase anything even though I had an email asking me to review my purchase! I had a problem with a proposed order and it was sorted with no problems.

Brilliant service, I am really pleased with the cut out. It was a birthday gift for my 7 year old boy and it really made his day. I thought I would struggle as it was a character from a cartoon that is not well known in this country but cutoutme gave me the relevant advise and made it really easy to order the cut out. Thank you, I will definitely recommend and use cutoutme again.

Initially the cardboard cutout arrived slightly off but a very helpful person from the company called James helped me to sort out the issue no questions asked. Very pleased with the service - would not hesitate to recommend to someone else.
