The service was prompt and of the highest standard. I was informed quickly that the photograph I had sent was not a high enough standard and was given three options. I sent a better picture and the result is excellent. We had the cutout within three days of the order, even with me taking a day to send a second picture. The standard of the cut out is excellent

Very fast delivery , excellent quality and good back stand . Bought full size cut out of my parents original wedding photo for their 60 th wedding celebrations they loved it and so did everyone else can’t recommend it enough .

Excellent service they couldn’t do enough to get me the right product however the quality of the product was slightly disappointing for the cost. The cut outs are predominantly a inkjet printout glued onto corrugated card. The stand mechanism is clever and works well. My mini cut out is for a joke so works well however I wouldn’t be impressed if I’d paid full cost for a full size cut out that I expected to move around and interact with ie taking photos with at a wedding or party. It’s excellent though for sitting it on my wife’s bed side cabinet.

I ordered a personalised cut out of my friend, the delivery arrived in a timely manner but the item was not my order. I had some initial problems contacting the company which was explained as technical difficulties once I managed to make contact via TRUSTPILOT. The customer service manager was extremely helpful and I now have my order which again was sent very swiftly after I had made contact. My order is great! I am very pleased with the quality of the cutout. Will use this company again.

I found the company very easy to deal with, but alas the cardboard cut-out I ordered was very disappointing, however the person it was purchased for was very happy with it
