Cut Out arrived well packaged and the quality was great. I had emailed James from the customer service team about my order as I hadn't received it and he replied within 10 minutes offering either a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement and it arrived within a day. I'm so pleased with my order and the customer service was superb.

I ordered 2 life-size cut outs and several masks. Communication about processing my order and recommending changes was phenomenal. The cut outs were received and looked great! The masks never made it, even after two attempts at shipping but the company was still very responsive and refunded the costs without argument. I will definitely use again in the future!
