While the shipping takes longer than expected, starting over a month after the order date, it seems many issues arise from Brexit-related complications. Some customers reported unexpected customs fees, which can be frustrating if not anticipated. However, others had a smooth experience without additional charges on lower-priced items. Overall, I appreciate that Outdoorsupply.co.uk provides unique products not easily found in the UK, but clearer communication on shipping origins and potential extra costs could enhance the shopping experience. 4 stars.

Previously emailed with questions about a ski jacket receiving fast responses however, once Ordering on 27th November all communication has since ceased. The order was over £300 so I expected to be kept up to date with the shipment however, after 4/5 emails, I’ve still had no update of even processing from the company!!

Also returns have fees, be careful. And I still don't have my products... one shipments is 2 MONTHS delayed... can't say more..

Our chair were under the value of £135 and so NO extra custom charges. The whole process of buy from this company was plain sailing no issues and delivary was very quick. We highly recommend !

Israel | 09 October 2022The buying experience was smooth and the product was well delivered, but I did suffer some delay and communication issues: The product was said to not be in stock, so shipping was expected in around 2 weeks. However, I did not receive any update, so I contacted them after almost 3 weeks, only to get a response that the product was unavailable with the vendor. Once I selected an alternative product (money-back was also offered), things went smoothly. Besides the initial delay communication was OK, but I would have expected a more proactive approach from them.

The website was easy to navigate and sort products and also gave clear costing and any import/tax implications for those countries outside the EU. I would have found it handy if there was a link to allow the customer to calculate this, as it can help with making purchase choices.

So technically my own fault for not spotting it, but it should be made clearer before people browse & shop.

It has a .co.uk domain so you think they are a UK based company but instead they come from Europe and as well as the expensive delivery fee you also pay custom charges too. Stop pretending you’re a UK firm.
