Items were not shipped until the day I was supposed to have them because the company apparently shut down in the middle of October and it was not noted anywhere when I ordered. Then they tried to charge my card twice and when I called the lady was unbelievably rude, treated me like I was stupid because their system had my order date wrong and said the charge was pending despite me saying multiple times it was a full charge. She asked me to email her proof, which I did and then I literally never heard back. My card wasn't charged again, but when I asked for a follow up I got no response. Won't use again.

Ordering and delivery were simple and great.

Ordered sweatshirt for work had it delivered to hotel it got refused or something then getting returned to sender in response I was told if I want, to purchase it again. Nothing they can do store policy.

Nice product and good price but sizes run small I bought a back brace in my size it was too small to use

No clear return policy. They don't do exchanges. You have to pay for returns.

Great gear, outstanding purchase

Ordered coveralls two weeks prior to need and was informed at order placement that I’d get the package about a day before needed. Instead of receiving the item by the date promised, it was shipped on that date instead. When pressed for why it took two weeks to ship, I was advised by service that they were closed for 10 days, which they failed to display on their site when ordering. I likely would not have placed the order in that instance. The product itself meets the need, but the service from company is lacking.
