Great customer service and I received my products right away. The printing of the logos were top notch.

The items i received were great. Inially one item was backordered and they graciously exchanged it for another item. The shiping carrier that was used (U.S.Mail Innovations ) however is not very good in my opinion. After picking up the item i received no updates until it reached USPS at a nearby distribution center. It was the first order i made for the Christmas shopping season and it was last to come in. ( Over 3weeks from the initial order).

Easy ordering and fast shipping

We ordered a size 10 which came way too big. When compared with the same boots we had in the same size they were over an inch bigger. Unfortunately it was a final sale so we could not return for a smaller size

This is the 2nd order that has been logo'd improperly. We didn't complain the 1st time. Interaction: was that they didn't see anything wrong on their end, therefore they would give no resolve. Totally fine! We can move to a different seller. I order a lot of safety gear at another place, year round fulfilling orders. No issues. Even across state lines we are loyal to them. Providing a resolve and actual customer care goes a long way... not with these guys (Hannah).

Discountsafetygear.com is really amazing. I had a small issue with one of my products but it wasn't worth it to contact them but in a review I did write about the issue. Today, one day later they contacted me on their own after they saw my review and they took care of the issue even though I was going to let it go. Things can always go wrong but a company that corrects the issue even when you didn't ask them to is a top level company in my opinion. Thank you for the great service!

Good price, fast shipping!

They had the shoes I was searching for. They shipped fast, and the shoes were in great shape when they arrived.

It wasn't their fault but UPS lost my package. Waited for almost two months and just found out now. It was a good that they will still open Christmas eve at 3 PM so I was able to get this update. I did a re-ship and see how the quality of it arrives this time.

I was looking for the same work boots I had bought previously from the manufacturers website. I got the same boots for 30% less than I paid before. Great boots at a great price!
