It would be helpful to note the minimum number of items allowed for customizations up front. I run a small business that needs only a few custom safety vests. we ordered vests, but after ordering the order was canceled due to such a small number of vests ordered.

Customer service was excellent to work with. No complaints will be back next year for my usual work gear.

Shipping process took too long and when item finally shipped there was no tracking number provided until I emailed and brought that fact up. Quality product though.

The only reason for three stars is My three pairs of timberline boots were never shipped. After waiting four weeks, I finally made a phone call, the representative was very nice and apologetic. She sent them out weight away. Had them in 5 days.
