Needed to hire a van on the day, guys we really great and very helpful. Got there collected van in 10minutes and on returnthe same friendly, quick turn around, Price was excellent and van lovely and clean.

I have been using First Self Drive any time I need to hire a vehicle since I used to take my son along with me; I sat him on the counter as I filled out the paperwork and had a chat. He is now 19 and too big for the counter! Simon, John and Jonathan always do their utmost to help me out. I have had cars, caddy and transit size vans; they are always immaculate, a thorough inspection is done so you know exactly how the vehicle is when you leave the forecourt. It's their friendliness & helpfulness that will make you return. My last hire, I called with only 24hrs notice. They went to the trouble of removing some back seats in a 9 seater so I could pack in my son's uni stuff, only for a smaller caddy van to come back unexpectedly, (which was what I'd hoped for, but they were all out,) and for Jonathan and David to hoover, clean the inside and wash windows for me to take it straight back out again. They are diamonds! Highly recommend the firm.

The van itself was new, clean, tidy, and great to drive. The tail lift was an absolute godsend, and easy to operate.
