From the moment I visited First Self Drive Offices in Norwich, I found all the staff very friendly and professional. They explained and showed me a range a vehicles to help decide the size I required. At all times they were meticulous in ensuring Covid 19 precautions were followed. On the day of collection, the excellently prepared vehicle was ready ahead of time and again friendly and professional staff ensured I was happy with the vehicle, and its controls. On my return a very quick examination of the vehicle by an equally friendly person and I was away.
