Check your policy carefully. I have platinum. I was about to book a big holiday for November. My policy rubs out/renews at the end of Aug. I phoned to check one thing and in the process found out that I would not be covered by the annual polcy if I had to cancel the Nov holiday. It makes a mockery of annual Insurance. I asked them to double check and did find the one line in the policy (under general exclusions point 2)

The questioner was agressive and impatient. Considering I have insured with goodtogo for years and actually have an outstanding one for "Catenians Holy Land & Jordan" where conditons have prevented us from travelling, she would not take the simple answer that I am in good health, but went on about injuries in India in 2023 caused by slipping on the wet polished marble floor of a shower for which I made no claim, and since had insurance for a trip to Malta in 2024 likewise with no claim. She was bad tempered and I had to repeat several times the details of the new trip to the Balcans with the same Tour Operator RSD Travel Ltd. and she went over every result of the fall which has healed ages ago.
