When I phoned to get a travel insurance quote I was given a price on what insurance was the one that was suitable for my travel needs. All the medical screening was done at this time so the information was all done, A week after that I phoned to take out this quote. As the quote was still valid for 30 days. I had to again run through all the medical screening information why: I told the insurance agent that nothing has changed medication or otherwise. So why did it become painful to take out this policy all the information was there, please explain why. I have used this service many times in the past maybe it’s my turn to have a review

Easy to fill in travel insurance form

The annual policy offered the cover I needed at a very good price. My existing medical condition was covered and the premium price was very attractive.

I have not received an email with confirmation and documents. My partner who also insured with you has had confirmation which included documents. Very disappointed.
