Applied online quite straight forward! Unfortunately I couldn’t see where to input offer code! Ended up on the phone the following day and had to go through all the questions, which I had inputted the previous day, again! However the female agent was very helpful and lo & behold we got there including my discount!

On both occasions I spoke to an advisor they were both very helpful and knowledgable on the travel insurance and associated information that I required. The web site is also very easy to use.

I got your advert from the Motability Magazine. I was surprised that your company did not know the difference between a disability and an illness. I told your agent that I was a paraplegic and she needed to check this with your medical screening team. I was then asked questions about pressure sores and urine and bladder infections. I have never been asked these type of questions with other insurance companies. They accept that paraplegia is a disability and not an illness.
