This worked well, but it took far longer...on top of the too long spent on the computer. Part of that has to be down to my lack of relevant computing skills.

He was also very patient and helpful when I asked him to repeat several of his questions as my hearing is not good. The price I was quoted was very fair and I was very pleased I had used Good to Go.
