I gave up on-line. I'm an honest soul, I like to think, but computers only understand 'black and white'. Then I decided to use the phone. This worked well, but it took far longer...on top of the too long spent on the computer. Part of that has to be down to my lack of relevant computing skills.

Good to go were very efficient and easy to talk to. Telephone response time was very good and quoted promptly.

I booked my travel insurance through Good to Go. The agent I spoke too was very polite and efficient. He was also very patient and helpful when I asked him to repeat several of his questions as my hearing is not good. The price I was quoted was very fair and I was very pleased I had used Good to Go.

I have given 4 stars as until I need to contact the insurance company and get to review customer service will Not give a higher rating
