I wish zero stars was available. I have spent over 6 hours trying to complete & submit a claim to imglobal.com who process claims for “Good” To Go travel Insurance. The form disappeared twice between selecting documents and returning to it. To retrieve it required a claim number, I had never acquired one. On third attempt, I reached SUBMIT MY CLAIM but this revealed an ERROR message. I have scrutinised the relevant section: payment details, I can find no error. I am in a kafkaesque loop of cancel claim or continue. I anticipated being asked for additional medical documentation, but did not think I’d be unable to actually submit the claim. I have emailed asking for a paper copy to complete and return. Do they want to grind us down to the point where we just give up? Edit: A day and a half later. Using a laptop & scanner rather than my iPad I have managed to complete and submit the claim form (including 7 pages of uploaded document) to say this was hugely challenging is an understatement. I have also received an automated response: I should hear from them in 10days time. I have also received an email from complaints at Ancile Insurance Group. Ancile are brokers, Good To Go is one of their trading names. The insurer of my policy is Red Sands an independent group based in Gibraltar (take a look at their trustpilot reviews) Red Sands subcontracts claims to International Medical Group Ltd. This is all in the small print, but when I heard their advertisement on Times Radio telling me to not let my age hold me back, I naively thought it would provide adequate cover. My Gold policy only offers a max of £2000 cancellation, my holiday cost considerably more than this. This is my fault, so….READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY. I will update this and rate them fairly on completion. PS I still don’t have a claim number & this is required to track progress of claim

After many frustrating phone calls and internet searches I came across Good To Go and after phoning and explaining my previous problems the lady I spoke to was very patient with me squashing my concerns. Although she had a very strong accent she had no problem repeating herself until I understood what she was trying to say. I won’t hesitate this insurance company to others.
