I rang customer services and was quickly put through to Monica who was very professional and helpful. She went above and beyond to sort everything out. I'd take out insurance with good to go based on how well they treat their customers.

Website and process was easy to use and it did not take long to book my holiday insurance. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that I was looking for insurance for 3 trips one being for two months and the Annual cover only allows for a max trip of 31 days. So I had to take separate policies. An option to increase in excess of 31 days would be great. Or to specify the dates of each of the multiple trips in the annual cover.
