Lovely Christmas rose delivered to a friend

I have used this company for several years and I have never had a bad experience yet. The flowers are lovely and fresh. They are delivered on time for a reasonable price.

The delivery happened on the day requested and the picture that my friend sent me if the flowers showed them to be very pretty and lovely quality flowers.

The reindeer with cyclamen plant was well received by cousin who loved it. It was delivered on time and made a lovely festive gift.

Flowers not delivered on the date I paid for, unsympathetic customer service response. I’ve used Bunches for a few years now but the last two occasions have been disappointing, so I won’t be using them again.

Ordered a bouquet and chocolates for a friends birthday. They were delivered on time but the flowers were in a very poor condition with many leaves torn or crushed and browned flowers and leaves. I contacted customer services and a new bunch were dispatched but by the time my friend received them her birthday had passed and the surprise was ruined. Their customer service was really good but the flowers should have been good at the first attempt

I paid extra for special delivery to surprise my wife at her office, but the experience was completely ruined. Instead of notifying her, the delivery team simply dropped the box in the office building and left. My wife had to search for the flowers herself, which not only ruined the surprise but also felt entirely disrespectful and unprofessional. This is not the level of service I expected, especially after paying extra. I’m extremely disappointed.

Contacted customer service for an update on my order, which arrived two days later than scheduled - heard nothing back. My friend recover her order and was delighted but a poor customer experience.

Received a thoughtful gift but don’t want to upset the sender. Very flimsy bunch even after using a smaller vase - would probably cost around £6-£8 in a local shop. Don’t waste your money - a rip off!

Value for money flowers, delivered on time, easy to use website. Ordered Christmas pot plants but have also recently sent letterbox flowers which I love sending as the recipient doesn't need to be at home to receive them.
