The bunch of flowers I ordered was OK. I purchased from a florist for myself to deliver and using a similar amount of money, the bunch I bought over the counter knocked to delivered flowers off the shelf, sooo many more flowers, and they lasted much longer. Will have to consider the delivery side of things as I did not feel I got value for money.

I live in America but ordered a hamper for delivery in the UK. It was easy and the recipient was very pleased.

Most times the product and service is excellent however that being said occasionally you get some problems with the product and that kind of spoils the end result but I still use them as they are very reliable when it’s comes to delivery always on time .Some red Roses that arrived this Xmas were not so good as the last time I had some.

Delivered on time and value for money

Excellent company. Unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver and lied about it. I was very impressed with the very fast replies from Bunches and the refund processed promptly. They were let down by Royal Mail but dealt with it promptly and efficiently.

I have used bunches several times and was pleased with the delivery of the flowers the quality of the flowers and lifespan of the flowers. However my recent experience was very disappointing I live overseas so ordered a Xmas bunch for my elderly mother ..the flowers were half dead and done stems missing looked nothing like the flowers I had ordered. I complained and got an unsatisfactory e mail back suggesting the instructions hadn’t been followed correctly. I telephoned to complain and the lady was very helpful and sent a replacement, sadly the replacement was awful…. Flowers again looked half dead damaged and drooping…a few days later they looked nothing better (as insert says they take a few days) will not use again so disappointed
