The flowers were delivered on time and the service was easy to use which is why I’ve given two stars but the flowers that were actually delivered looked like they were £4.99 from a budget supermarket. Not the £35 I had spent.

Disappointed with flowers. I ordered the large cheery blossom and it only just filled a vase. Nothing like photos and some of the flowers were squashed

I was incredibly disappointed with the flowers that arrived. I think the photo on the website was very misleading and the flowers I received were underwhelming and unlike the advertised photo. I ordered the rainbow galaxy

So deceiving the amount you receive, honestly better quality and quarter of the price getting them from a corner shop. Embarrassing giving these as a Mother’s Day present.

Received when I wanted the flowers tobe, got exactly what was on the picture shown.

Ordered a couple of times from Bunches, 1st time was roses for valentines that came on delivery day of choice in a kind of coffin shaped box with stems in a tub of gel to keep them fresh, the second time was for mothers day which I received on the Thurs, then on Fri I received a dispatch email from Bunches, but already had them, then on Sunday when opened for mothers day the flowers were very limp and looked terribly, very embarrassing to give as a gift. No gel to keep them fresh, normal rectangular box so flowers looked like they had been upside down quite alot. So from ordering and opening, the flowers spent 4 days without water. If they are going to send out flowers early they should have something to keep them fresher.

The plant looked better in real life than the internet sample image! It arrived on time, which made my mother happy.

Easy to order, good selection, always good quality

Have never been disappointed with flowers - have always arrived when arranged and recipients have always liked the flowers. Don't normally buy additional gifts as a bit pricey, same for premium cards.

The flowers were meant to arrive for the Saturday before Mother's Day but didn't arrive until the Monday after. My mum was quite disappointed by the flowers saying that there weren't actually many flowers - it was mostly greenery. Of the flowers that were there, some of them were almost dead already. A few perked up with some water but not many. I won't be buying them again.

Bought the cat planter with pink roses as a Mother’s Day gift. It was so cute, beautiful roses, arrived on time and was good value for money. My mum loved it.

Easy to order, with great choices of bouquets, and an accurate photo. Delivered on the day I wanted, flowers in great condition, ready to bloom fully a day or two after they arrived. The pot they arrived in and the bouquet shaped box were a nice touch, as were the sunflower seeds. Happy with the loyalty points and discount code, will definitely be ordering from here again. Couldn’t have been better.
