Valentines flowers arrived late and were sub par. Flowers did not arrive until the evening and when they did get here were not the best. Even after a few days they started to die even after we followed normal instructions. Delivery cost of £7.49 is crazy too. Customer service was sub par when I called in, defo won’t use again.

Despite the order going through 2 days prior, the flowers didn't arrive on time for valentines day. I paid £6 for delivery /service and it was a day late. What is the point offering service when you literally can't deliver...happy to take your money though. Avoid.

The flowers were beautiful and well presented, my friend was delighted. However, I was a little surprised how few blooms were actually there so clearly another time I need to upgrade.

Ordered two bunches of flowers for Valentine’s Day (partner and daughter) and was really disappointed with the quality of the bouquets. It looked nothing like the photos on their website and looked more appropriate for super market quality. Won’t be using them again for sure.

I was ordering a bouquet for a valentine's day and that wasn't something what I have expected. For £26 I received few flowers like from Tesco for £5 but the picture was looks like it's big enough. I'm edit my review. That was quick reaction for my comment. They're sent me another bouquet with apologies, and that one was proper one which I was like! The support in this company is very good but I will think twice before I'll order another flowers from them. Because of this service I am change from 1/5 to 5/5 on the new bouquet which I was received!

I often use bunches to send flowers to my mum, wife and sisters and have always been very satisfied until today. I ordered valentine flowers for my wife and what a disappointment, one dead rose and a few carnations, I feel ripped off and will not be using bunches ever again as there doesn’t seem to be any way to complain on their website.

Absolute shambles looks like a bunch of £5 flowers from tesco will not be ordering from here again
