What an excellent website. I have placed several orders before & over Christmas from this company. All orders were delivered on time and in perfect condition. All flowers & plants were fresh and are still blooming. Photos sent from recipients. Kept informed of tracking via order confirmation email. A very happy customer, would certainly recommend & will certainly use again.

Myself and a family member have just had the same dreadful experience. I believe bunches are scamming customers. We both made an order, both of our orders were 'not delivered ' by Royal Mail, bunches very kindly said they would send a replacement of the same flowers for free, they arrived two days later, looking nothing like what we had ordered, in fact they looked like a bunch you would get for $3.50 from Aldi, with very few flowers in the bunch. Disgusting. After the exact same experience of a family member I have reported bunches to trading standards, as it cannot be a coincidence.

I received a festive bouquet by post that arrived looking very poorly. I followed the instructions sent with them and waited for them to perk up but each day they just looked worse. On day 2 some carnations broke off and by day 3 a lot more followed. I would not recommend using this company. UPDATE After contacting the company i received an email of apology and was offered a refund or replacement bouquet. I chose the replacement bouquet as the flowers were sent to me as a gift. These arrived on 31 Jan and were fresh and really lovely. I have now changed my opinion of this company as they did everything that they could to make amends.

I have been using them for years and yes, about three times things went wrong (bunch sent to wrong address, was then redirected and arrived days later, or some flowers were withered, courier delivery paid for but normal post was used) but I always received compensation (second delivery for free) and in general, the flowers are very fresh and good quality, arrive on the date specified, the bunches are beautiful and the recipient has always been very happy with them. I think it is not realistic that with a delivery company (or any company) things go 100% to plan, although it is usually the problems people report about online. One thing: Yes, the photos are "idealistic" (probably all flowers in the bunch arranged / presented at the front of vase, the back must be empty...). But this seems to be the case with all flower couriers. Meanwhile I buy fresh flowers in a local flower shop (if possible) or I order a big bunch size or two bunches of the same. Generally I think Bunches is a good service and I will use them again.

They seemed to have dropped the ball this Christmas, shame because they are usually so good and reliable. Plant sent to a friend failed to arrive replacement sent by 24 hour courier didn’t arrive for 4 days so consequently was dead on arrival. Flowers sent to me arrived worse for wear lots dead.

The photo on the website and what was received by my friend for her birthday was very very VERY different. I cannot explain the embarrassment I had when I saw the photos she sent me. There was about 3 roses and a few decoration flowers and the rest were leaves. So so terrible.

I will never ever use this company again. Poor service extremely bad delivery (not delivered) and refused to refund!!! My advice, don't use this company!!

Flowers arrived in poor condition with two carnation heads broken off. The packaging needs to be much sturdier and supportive. In general the arrangement was not worth the money by a long chalk and I won't be using then again.

I have used Bunches for years and have never been disappointed, this time around is a complete different story. I have spent nearly £25 on a bouquet that I could have spent less than half that price in a supermarket for a better bunch. So disappointing after spending so much money with the company for years. Will not be using bunches again.

Flowers nearly dead, looked nothing like the photo on website, spoilt a Christmas surprise, won’t use them again

Not delivered on date requested - shame as it then had to wait for 2 more days until it was delivered & spoilt the surprise. Disappointing.

Ordered a festive bunch of flowers on Saturday late afternoon to cheer up my ill daughter and absolutely amazed they arrived on Sunday lunch time.How fantastic.They were absolutely beautiful and she was thrilled. Thank you for such speedy service.Definitely would recommend Regards
