I have emailed, logged tickets & called. Nothing back. Will be reporting to the FCA and suggest everyone else does to get them fined and struck off as a business. Can't believe someone would run a business like this abysmal, wish I read Trustpilot first!

We have emailed. phoned and done everything possible to get in touch. We are still waiting to be refunded £116 back. Do not use as scammers. No one answers the phone or messages.

The delivery took much longer than expected, then when the murals did arrive they were the wrong size! I have been trying to get through to someone for over a week, either through calling, online chat or emails, but I've heard nothing back. The worst service I've ever received!

Ordered wallpaper on a 3-5 day delivery (which I payed extra for) and it’s now been 4 weeks and still no wallpaper or any meaningful communication!! Absolutely shocking service!! I’ve tried phoning but can only leave a message! I’ve tried emailing which you get a automated reply saying they can take up to 5 days to reply!!?? Then I did get an email asking for the order number, but all I received was a receipt number which I gave to them. Then nothing for over a week! Then after going through the same again I get a sorry we’re really busy but they’ve put me as a priority! That was now a week ago! But they’ve taken my money!! Absolutely fuming! I just wish they were a local to me company😡 This is by far the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to have dealings with! Further action now just for a bit of wallpaper!!

Sweden | 27 August 2019Due to unbelievably bad packaging my murals were ruined when I got them. It took weeks before I got any response from their support. In order to get a refund I had to send the murals back to wallpaperink. Had to pay the postage myself. I would have returned them anyway due to poor print quality. They received the murals on June 5th. Been trying to get a refund ever since, but they don´t reply on e-mails and do not return my calls. August 12 I got an e-mail saying they would chase things up. Since then, nothing. Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Non-existing support. Lousy packaging. Poor print quality My package was supposed to include the mural, a pencil, knife with snap off blade and fitting instructions. The only thing it actually included was a ruined mural.

But we had such little faith following the reviews we read on here and elsewhere that we made alternate arrangements and ordered from a decent business. Why did we do that 1.they didn't send a confirmation email after our purchase. 2. they failed to answer their phone line and or return numerous voicemails. 3. they haphazardly responded to emails and facebook messages but never completed a conversation with an outcome. They have demonstrated possibly the worst level of communication I have ever experienced. We now want a refund which I do not feel very confident in getting. if they had simply communicated then we would have waited for the product but they didn't, now it has arrived and we don't want it.
