Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat de producten van Playseat van uitstekende kwaliteit zijn. Daarentegen is er nog veel progressie te boeken in de klantenservice. Sinds oktober 2020 heb ik een product van Playseat op het oog. Helaas was dit product niet op voorraad, maar er werd mij verteld dat dit product binnenkort weer leverbaar zou zijn. Ondertussen zijn we bijna 5 maanden verder en het product is nog niet op voorraad. Heel jammer, want ze hebben mooie producten.

I have two playseats at home and found a problem in an F1. Problem looks can not be solved in a easy way due some parts were missing. Récent propriétaire d'un Playseat Revolution, je viens également de faire l'achat d'un Playseat GearShift Holder Pro afin d'y ajouter une boite de vitesses. Très satisfait des produits Playseat, le confort et les sensations sont au rendez-vous. Cela représente un investissement, mais il me semble que cela vaut vraiment le coup lorsqu'on commence à investir dans des ensembles volant/pédalier d'un certain prix. Concernant la commande, celle-ci a été livrée en quatre jours ouvrés, pour une livraison en France, c'est un délai tout à fait correct en cette période de crise sanitaire. Articles livrés en parfait état. Je suis donc pleinement satisfait des produits Playseat et de leur boutique en ligne que je recommanderai sans hésiter!

Ordered the Alcantara Evolution Pro Bundle, Tuesday afternoon local US Pacific Time, it shipped the next day from the Netherlands, had the two boxes delivered by FedEx Friday at noon. Assembly was straightforward, got the slider and gear shifter addition as well, so, all in all assembled, adjusted and ready to go in around 30-40 minutes or so. If you're just doing the seat, you'll be done in 10-15. It's a sturdy and versatile construction and definitely a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend.

Hello I have been an F1 fan for over 25 years, following the series on TV and fortunate to have attended several live F1 races in Canada, Spain, and USA over the years. In 2020, the world unfortunately changed, with long stays at home. The positive I took away from this situation is that I could spend more time on simracing while staying healthy and safe at home. With all the time spent on e-sports, I realized the importance of having a good ergonomic simracing seat set up. While already owning another racing seat setup, the backpain associated with a less than ideal seating position was a limit factor in my enjoyment of hours playing F12020, Dirt Rally 2.0 and GT Sport. I set out to find the ideal new sim racing seat and after significant research I chose the Playseat PRO Formula seat, with the Red Bull Racing version. While a significant investment in terms of cost, I am extremely happy with the decision I made to purchase this seat! Firstly, the buying experience has been absolutely fantastic with the Playseat sales team. I placed the order on January 28th 2021 and the following morning I received a note from the sales team that unfortunately the 2020 model was no longer in stock. However they offered to send me the 2021 model (without the Aston Martin logos) which was in stock but hasn't yet been released on the official website. I agreed to proceed and within 2 hours I had a FedEx tracking number. I consider this excellent service, as they helped overcome a problem and acted very quickly. The shipment was sent out on January 29th from Playseat HQ in Netherlands, and I received the package at my home in Canada on February 1st via FedEx. Shipping cost was very reasonable for such a quick international shipment. I tool my time to assemble the seat myself. I was able to do it but there were a few steps where I think help from another person would have been easier at a few key steps like installing the seat to the frame and also the Forcelock system to the frame. However, I was able to manage by myself all in all it was about 1.5 hours to complete the assembly from start to finish. The quality of the parts was fantastic. I inspected every single part as I took them out of the box and I found no blemishes on the paint or the coating. The stickers and decals were also placed perfectly on most parts except for one item, a red line, on the frame on one side. I can tell that it was slightly off from a straight line when looking straight on but the deviation is so small that you cannot notice it once the seat is fully assembled. This is very minor issue and would not request a repair or new part from Playseat as replacement. All parts fit well together during the assembly, all holes lines up perfectly with the welded nuts as anchor points. This is really important and I am glad Playseat paid extra attention for this detail during the manufacturing process of the parts. This tells me that the machining/welding fixtures are well designed at the manufacturing site. The fit and finish is superb. The Forcelock system is smooth and works as expected. This system is perfect to adjust the fore/aft steering column and fore/aft pedal position quickly and effectively. This is very important as I share the seat with my son who has his own ideal seating position and thus we have to make adjustments to the seat when we swap. The PRO version comes with very strong pedal mounting and this means I experience absolutely no frame flexing when using the Fanatec pedal with load cell kit. I used the 90 kg force kit for F12020 game, and this is a large force to apply during hard breaking. For consistency of gaming, you do not want the seat/pedal frame to flex when you apply such strong breaking force and this PRO version of the Playseat is absolutely perfect for this. The steering wheel mounts are universal and works well well with my Fanatec CSL wheel base. In summary, I am extremely happy with this purchase and recommend this seat!

Great contacts with the customer servie to finalize my order. I've received my seat only 1 week after. Easy to install (with a T300RS), it takes less than 1 hour. The seat is stable, even with hard brakes conditions. Its does not move anymore when installed with a carpet. I got some troubles to play (!), my 7 yo daughter and 17 yo son does'nt want to let the seat ! Great tool for family gaming !!
