I ordered a Playseat Evolution and a shifter holder and without asking, the person who reviewed my order notified me that the two items were not compatible. They were able to fix the order. That is truly some amazing customer service, saved me from a lot of frustration , thanks again !

Après un montage plus que facile grâce a une notice très claire, c'est parti pour des heures de plaisir. Assise confortable et une possibilité de réglage infinie, je recommande vraiment ce produit (playseat évolution)

I highly recommend this setup! By far the best option if you have limited space and need to store the chair away. Very sturdy and the chair is extremely comfortable.

I spent a lot of time looking for a gaming chair for my children and found the Playseat Puma. These chairs are fairly lightweight and get my boys up off the ground, unlike other rocker gaming chairs. They were very easy to assemble and have been very durable so far. Plus, the kids love them!

I ordered the Playseat Ultimate LeMans Edition from the Playstore on December 21, 2020. Unfortunately (probably due to Corona and Christmas) there was a logistic problem. After 2 more days I was informed by email that the LeMans seat was unfortunately no longer available. It was not possible to contact them by phone. Likewise, no feedback by email or Whatsapp. The website says that you will receive feedback within a few seconds or minutes. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After a few more days, I received an email that I should choose another model, even though the LeMans seat is available online on the website. So I choose the "black" model. It took 7 days for the seat to arrive. Contrary to my hopes described by other customers in the recessions, my seat arrived in 2 packages. One package approx. 45 kg., The second 15 kg. I had to assemble the seat. This wasn't a problem by a very good manual. Unfortunately I didn't get a floor mat either. This was also evident from other reviews. The price of € 2499 is extremely high. The seat is very robust, but I can't say whether it's worth the price. The communication with the Playseatstore left something to be desired. 48 hours receipt of the goods - no news. Feedback on e-mail, WhatsApp - also a nil. I understand the current situation, but if I spend € 2,499 on such a product, then I believe that good service is essential. 14 days earlier I bought a Playseat F1 Pro. The process went smoothly there.

Solid equipment so far. Currently waiting on the shifter mound as I didn't realize it wasn't included in the Challenge. Solid equipment, seems sturdy. Folding mechanism is surprisingly effective.

Bought couple months ago, great purchase: The assembly is quiet easy and doesn't take much space specially folded Mounting my logitech G29 was simple even if the pedals fixing holes were not all on the same spot than the pedals platform. The seat is very confortable (slightly noisy at the start) I use it also for other uses than sim racing. Great for sim racing/gaming with a wheel or a controller but also other uses At this price there is nothing better on the market and I'll surely upgrade it as soon as possible.
