Ordered a Playseat which would supposedly be delivered the next day. Directly received a confirmation from the order and that they prepared it for shipping. Next day, no package or track & trace. Tried to contact them; they turned off the phone, no response on email, no response on whatsapp. Got a call several days later in which they explained it's very busy (understandable - times are unprecedented), and that my product would be delivered the next day. However the next day, no product, no track & trace and again no way to contact them. I recommend to pay a bit more and buy at a 3rd party supplier. Receiving a product later, is not the biggest problem. But, not being able to contact them, as well as false promises, are a bit too much. Still waiting for my product by the way, which I can't cancel because I can't reach them.

Vorige week een stoel besteld onder het mom, vandaag besteld morgen in huis. Een week verder en niks binnen, order in behandeling staat er. Telefoonnummer nemen ze niet op, chat antwoorden ze niet, Whatsapp antwoorden ze niet, mails antwoorden ze niet. Nog nooit zo'n ongelooflijk slecht bedrijf met zo'n waardeloze klantenservice gezien!
