I ordered this gift for Christmas for my son. First I messed up on my address when ordering and started to panic. I received a reply and help to make corrections in a very timely manner. My item shipped out within 48 hours and arrived super fast. I, the mom, put this together the night before Christmas Eve and found it easy to assemble on my own. My son loves it, easy to adjust for all players. Can’t wait to add on!!

Your product is excellent! The design is great, minimal but extremely well thought out. Your communication to your customer base via your product is so smart: the packaging presents itself in the way of a high-end product, where every element is wrapped and properly isolated by paper and not just the usual bubble wrap; that tells us customers that you care about your product, and as a consequence so should we. White gloves to assemble the platform are the ultimate touch to make it a great experience rather than a chore. Very powerful. The experience remains pleasant throughout the assembly routine because you provide all the tools needed for the job, and these tools are proper tools, they do not break or lose threading; the manuals are very clear and everything goes together really well, piece after piece. The final product is very efficient, sturdy and very functional. In all honesty, for the price I was expecting the usual “Chinese” standard, with a wobble at every joint, but the only Chinese thing in the end was indeed…the price! Excellent job guys!

Estructura muy sólida una vez anclado al playseat. Es un modelo challenge, y afortunadamente guardé los dos tornillos que sobraron tras su montaje. Venían cuatro, dos para anclar el volante (perfecto con un Logitech G923) y los otros dos... van perfectos para anclar el shifter de Logitech a la estructura. De todas formas sería de agradecer que enviaran tornillos, no van incluidos en el envío. Me espera Nordschleife!

Ich bin mit dem Stuhl sehr zu Frieden. Muss aber sagen, über ein paar cm mehr in der Breite wäre die Bequemlichkeit größer. Sonst ist der Stuhl ein top Produkt, T300 Sitz perfekt - Schrauben für die Befestigung werden mitgeliefert. Der Klettverschluss der die Pedale hält (Gas, bremse und kupplung) ist leider etwas zu kurz. Wenn dieser 5cm länger wäre, könnte man dies perfekt befestigen, so hält das ganze gerade bei einem cm. Fazit super Produkt, würde ich glatt wieder kaufen und zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Very good experience. The playseat challenge arrived very quickly, perfectly boxed and everything looked in excellent condition. Very happy customer.

First off, solid customer service. I inquired about the product during covid and received a quick/friendly response with the info I needed. Post purchase, shipping was quick. Regarding the product- solid. I was worried about flex but the rig is nice and sturdy. Solid build and ready to assemble.

I ordered a Playseat in early December 2020 with the understanding that it would be shipped before Christmas, and within a few days I received a message to say that there was no stock of the particular seat I ordered, and they offered me an alternative 'Forza' branded seat which I did not want. There was no firm delivery of the seat I wanted, so I asked to cancel the order and refund the full amount charged to me. I sent three emails to ask for confirmation that the order had been cancelled, and all were ignored until I sent a final email that got through. The rep at Playseat Store confirmed cancellation but the funds returned to my credit card was ~$40.00 less than what they took on the original order. I was not happy about this, so I took one star off the review. I took another star off the review because the website did not indicate that I would be paying in USD even though they knew I was ordering from Canada. This should be fixed - nowhere on the site indicates the currency was USD and I could only assume that given they know I was ordering from Canada, they would have made the adjustment, just like any other legit international seller does. Also, I should add that in order to get this review published, I had to confirm that I was not offered an incentive to do so, which is false - I was offered 100 Euros to leave a review. Pretty sketchy.
