I ordered a product that seemed to be immediately available and still seems to be. I received a confirmation email and after a while another email that they are preparing the product to send it to me. After a few hours they sent me another email that the product is not available and that they will send it to me when they receive it from their supplier. I explained to them that if it is not immediately available, I want my order to be canceled and my money to be refunded. I have sent them two emails and I have not received any response. I also can not contact them in any way. I start to fear that I will lose my money ...

Easily put together with good instructions, seat shows up quicker then expected. I was charged an additional $90 from fedex for customs brokerage fees which I didn’t really expect when I had bought the seat. The seats comfortable but I find my back gets hot quickly sitting in it. The pedal base is sturdy, the steering wheel base oils be sturdier as it shakes and moves a bit. Overall I feel like it’s a great product for the price and getting into an entry level racing sim.
