We could wake up tomorrow, go to the bank to get some cash and find out the banks are closed down, atm's are shut down and you have no way to get money for yourself.....THEN WHAT DO YOU DO???? Had a problem topping up turns out it was my problem I recently moved and my zip didn't match my card they found right away so easy to work with excellent staff love the card !!

I was assisted in completing a change of address on original application. The representative was patient, kind and answered several questions I had about the process. He made me feel comfortable. He was very professional, and I felt good about the decision I made in choosing Glint.

Brilliant app and so far works flawlessly. However, I still have not received my Glint Card, which was not free so I would expect, it should arrive in a timely manner. I sent an e-mail to the Support team and the only response I received was that they have a delay, Wow seriously if you did not tell me i would not know. To wait almost a month for a card does not build much trust. In the 21st Century upon the 4th Industrial revolution time is everything. I hope you can let me know when I am going to get my card. Guys, you have a great concept and love the project but the devil is in detail. Do better. Still await some information. I need to add that after a phone call with the Support Team they have given me back the fee for the Card and I was assured that Card should be with me in the next 7-10 days. Well, I will give Glint benefit of the doubt.

Been saving and buying gold for a while - today I decided to sale some - to exchange gold in to a cash - as that is what they advertised- as being so easy - well - as of now 15 hours later - no money GBP, and the gold has gone - if you call them - they never answer - you leave a voicemail - and they never return your call - they also fail to answer any emails - if you want to keep your money safe / don’t use Glint. Awful experience

So far things are going well. I am new to Glint and have peace of mind that my money in my account is safe because I converted my USD into gold. Thanks,Glint for this safe and easy way to save or spend money!
