Is there going to be a repeat of November 2019 when everyone's funds were frozen by Lloyds. It's a shame because it's a good concept just a poorly run company! Feel for the investors from crowdcube as they'll likely never see their money back.

United Kingdom | 15 July 2024Was useful in the past but if you say 1-3 working days to withdraw then it should be 1-3 working days and not 5-8 working days!!! Extra information has now been provided - as stated in my Original review if you say 1-3 working days for withdrawals then it should be stated that a sale of your gold to GBP is not included in this timeframe, as I’m sure like myself other customers would take the extra days required for the sale of the gold into GBP (for example) into consideration when wishing to withdraw from the app to their desired account(s)..

United Kingdom | 15 July 2024I cannot believe the disgusting modus operandi of this company. Algorithmically blocks payments that I made in Uganda, made by myself and with my PIN so clearly it is me and not a scam as per the computer programming! Needs to be manually unblocked before/after use - far from convenient, considering it takes 1-2 working days and internet access in the country not always reliable. I thought we were long beyond the days of having to tell your card-issuing company that you are abroad! Not everyone goes to boring places such as Europe. I have cut up my card and will not use this "service" again. It was so embarrassing being a white person in Africa unable to pay for things like lunch or a hotel because the card kept being blocked! The locals must have thought I was poorer than they were! EDIT: I have deleted my previous 5-star review as this "company" no longer deserves it.

I travel with it and simply shift gold into USD or Euro in seconds on my App - really amazing. My gold is absolutely secure and this was tested a year ago, audited and found safe. I cannot understand why everyone does not have an account!

United Kingdom | 26 May 2024Downloaded the app and put some money in. Wasn't able to order my card on Iphone or android. This made me suspicious and i sold at a loss and put my money back into a normal bank account. Very bad experience and i wont be risking my money like that ever again.

Very nerve-racking because I have lot of money invested and I can’t see it touch it or feel it. I refrain from putting any more money into this app when all they do is state temporarily down on the website; and I’m on the edge of my seat wondering what’s going on.

United States | 25 April 2024I’ve only recently set up the account so that’s all I can attest to at the moment. Fairly easy and straightforward programming that guides you through the process. Being able to track gold prices all in the same program is a nice convenience. Still waiting for my card to come in the mail and see where I can actually use it. I have a friend that has their cc and has difficulties with it not being accepted in the US. He’s from England so that may be his problem. Time will tell. Remaining optimistic at the moment.

United States | 24 April 2024I must express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience. I am at a complete loss as to why my account was closed without any prior notice or explanation. Such an approach is highly disturbing to me. I was taken aback with no forewarning, and was not provided any information as to what led to this or how I could address the issue, leaving me bewildered and helpless. This should have been a basic courtesy to at least inform customers and provide an explanation before making such arbitrary decisions. This incident casts a serious doubt on the professionalism of the company. Overall, I am greatly dissatisfied with the unexplained closure of my account. This experience has been horrid. I hope the company recognizes this problem and takes measures to rectify it, respecting us as consumers.

From funding my USD wallet through setting up EFT with my bank, to purchasing gold in grams, to receiving updates on how my gold is performing. Everything that was promised I found that I was able to do. It has definitely met my expectations. Great company.
