Very simple process to set up and order. Very early days for me but so far...all Gold I mean Good or do I mean Gold ...

All good but would be useful to send money to other bank accounts other than my own such as council rates, family who don't have glint. The glint it feature is no use as they don't have or want a glint account

Looks like to be a good experience from a app to be able to buy and sell gold and also use a card to buy things with the gold such a very good idea.

This is the 1st used of glint was not happy with how long it took to transfer money in to my account… I need more time to truly know if I am happy with glint.. but so far ok 👌🏽

It is early days with this service for me. I am concerned that high street banks are not a secure option for holding my money. The BOE have published information last year regarding how banks can help themselves to your savings during the next banking crisis. The idea of having physical gold, outside the clutches of banks is an appealing hedge and more secure than putting it under the mattress. I have only just opened the account. It has all gone smoothly so far. Buying gold was super simple.

Was able to create and buy gold in just a few hours. Nice simple way to buy, store or use gold.

Didn't like the hidden charge of asking for me to pay for a debit card. Surely it should be free. Would encourage more buying and spending.

It's a little hard to get idea of what to do. Glint rep called me, and was helpful understanding the above issues.

This is more of question than a review, although I think this is a brilliant concept. Isn't this considerd commodity trading in precious metals? If you make money as the price of gold goes up, and you sell, won't you have to pay taxes on your profits every year?

I have had a Glint card for about a year. I found it simple to set up and to use. Customer service is very responsive as well. Most importantly, I have peace of mind that my Glint card is backed by real gold. In uncertain and troubling times, this peace of mind is priceless. Glint has a very bright future as an alternative to government-issued fiat currencies.

**UPDATE: If you cash out make sure you give the routing number for an ACH and NOT the routing number for a WIRE TRANSFER. They don't do wire transfers. Jenan with customer service requested my bank statement in order to wire my "cash-out" into my account. Seems strange since they already have my bank and wiring information. Still waiting on the funds to show up in my account....tomorrow will be day 3.

How do I get Glint mastercard in Finland?

I heard about Glint from the Digital Asset Investor. I really like the concept of being able to spend gold this way. It would be nice to be able to spend silver also, maybe Slint? I didn’t have a debit card so that was my only experience short of great with this system.
