United Kingdom | 19 February 2025Glint is fantastic. It's both an investment platform for physical Gold & Silver, but also a real time payments platform for this previously illiquid asset class. Glint has been a great way for me to easily have exposure to Gold, which has performed very well over the last few years, but also allows me to 'spend' my gold in real time should I wish to use this asset to pay for everyday goods. Thus transforming an 'illiquid' asset into a liquid asset.

United States | 12 February 2025Good luck trying to get your money out! Fees galore and I never actually got it sent to me even though they do all this KYC.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Easy to set up and save and spend with gold and silver .. excellent 👍

United States | 05 February 2025The GlintPay app is easy to use and a great way to own gold and silver. It would be nice to have a bottom to switch from grams to ounces. It is comforting to that no matter what happens to the USD I still have the current value of gold and silver. Glintpay might as well add the ability to add crypto to their wallet!

United States | 31 January 2025Worst customer support! The 5 star reviews are likely from people who never tried to withdraw funds from their account! First you notice all the fees like monthly "storage fees" and fees every time you buy or sell. But it gets worse, try to withdraw money out of your account, good luck! I have tried for 10 days now to withdraw money out of my account to no avail. Emails to support sent 7 days ago have gone unanswered. You've been warned! Update 2-26-25: I sent 3 requests to customer support about my issue, got an automated reply that somebody would be responding within 72 hours and a week later I still didn't have a reply. I finally got a reply saying "we are aware of the issue" that's it!! So I can't withdraw my money for weeks and all I get is " we are aware of the issue"? What a joke!

United States | 20 January 2025Overall I highly recommend Glint. If you’re looking to 1) own gold but still need to spend money or 2) don’t have a lot of money but want to own gold then I would whole heartedly recommend glint. Customer service is good but not amazing. It’s a very small team that runs it but they’ve done right by me so far. The trade offs are absolutely worth it. I will be extremely curious to see how Trumps team handles DeFi companies moving forward but I’m very optimistic.

United States | 08 January 2025Service sucks. Never answers phone despite calling during limited hours anyway. Opened account with $300 credit card late December and was told I would be able to set up ACH after initial CC buy in. My bank has said their routing number is invalid so unable to do a transfer and actually happy I haven’t as I’m not sure how accessible my money would be anyway… terrible customer service.

United Kingdom | 01 January 2025Glint is a wonderful idea. In the past I was purchasing physical metals in bullion form because I knew the future value. This platform means I can easily buy, sell and spend my "bullion" as the currency it is accepted to be. I see some bad reviews from other people and can't understand why as it has worked exactly how I have expected it to work. I think the bad reviews are from impatient people expecting to make a fortune quickly and transfer their money in an instant. These people waiting for transfers from Glint to pay for their groceries need to re assess

United States | 14 December 2024it has been totally good as long as i was buying gold. after 2 years of nothing but buying gold my wife wanted me to make a small purchase to see how glint worked. i emailed surport and asked for a how to make a purchase wit my card. i was told that i needed to set my wallet to gold as the small usd amount would probably send a lack of funds for my attemp. after that i ask suport for a question of how do i get the app set for me to spend gold. i had not spent any of the gold i had bought for 2 years, now the problems started. i was told how to buy. i ask again how to spend, again was told how to buy. i ask over and over how to spend and suport told me over and over how to buy. i am to the point that i wish i had never saw GLINT.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2024I hope that Glint Pay takes off in the USA now it has a well known bullion YouTuber representing them there. If hundreds of thousands use Glint transactionally, it could be the beginning of a new phase in the use of money. Maybe Trump's new Treasury Sec, who is a gold bug and expert, will advance Glint's brilliant technology for use in each state.

Ireland | 01 December 2024Great app, been using it for couple of years now to have some exposure to gold (& now silver too). I do not have yet the card avaiable for my country (RS), but I hope that will change soon. Looking forward to new features & updates.

United Kingdom | 05 November 2024Been a GINT CUSTOMER for more than 3 years. So far I had never had any issues. The best thing that still attract me is that my money in real gold is 100% protected from any banking collapse and my money not protected just up to the £85,000 guaranteed by the FSCS, and yet I have my gold as liquide as Fiat money. Do yourself a favour : open a Glint account and you will thank me later when the world will go to global war and/ or economic turmoil

United States | 02 November 2024Fiat currencies are declining in value as governments print more money. Gold can't be printed so it makes an excellent store of value, and has for thousands of years. As an example, we purchased gold through Glint less than 2 years ago and now we have 150% more dollars than we invested. Our purchasing power has been preserved. Had we held dollars our purchasing power would have taken a drastic hit.

United States | 02 November 2024It works pretty well but not in all cases. Also Sutton bank is a major obstacle to smooth functioning.

Japan | 16 October 2024Only ever had good experiences using Glint and their services. I’m glad they exist as an alternative investment platform!

United Kingdom | 06 September 2024SCAM, SCAM , SCAM is the only way to describe this lot! As soon as you put money into your GLINT wallet and want to spend it or withdraw it, the games begin!! They will email you with lots of questions, request silly amounts of documentation and lock you out of your account all whilst keeping your money. They are not full regulated, they are late filing their own taxes according to companies house and they keep going into administration. WARNING!!!! Do NOT put your money in their wallets, in fact, don't even sign up with them, you will get robbed I promise you. STEER CLEARRRRRRR!! UPDATE: 15th November 2024 Lying gits! haha! They are late on their filings and are going to go bankrupt AGAIN!!!! Little thieves

United Kingdom | 20 August 2024When deciding to withdraw funds after hearing about the recent accounts issue am frustrated about the slow speed to get my cash out. Moving from gold to £ takes about 3 days and then transfering to another bank account takes 1-3 days. Then they stop the withdrawal because their partner bank seemingly rejected it. I hope there is a genuine reason and not a bad sign as the Glint concept is excellent.
