Hello, I would like to express to you how much I truly appreciated the help of the Glint Support team member named Iva seamlessly resolved my re-registration on the USA platform from the UK/Global platform, that I had incorrectly opened some time ago and purchased gold grams with GBP with a credit card. I had ordered a Glint Debit Mastercard and was inquiring about why I had not yet received it. Iva walked me through the process every step of the way, answered my questions in a very timely manner and resolved the issue. I just want you to know how super your employee is. Very simple intuitive app....regular emails that help you use the app and understand how it all works

First time user. Within minutes I had opened an account and within a few hours had access to use the app. I have now received my Mastercard. I am enjoying the experience.

The concept is solid - the time for the ad campaign is bad. For people like my self with very little experience with golf commodity, the ad campaign was when gold was at a 5 year high and I immediately lost money. Perhaps make the ad campaign when the gold is at a better price or advertise/advise when a good time to buy might be.

I had lost my phone number and needed to update with Glint. This international company was very easy to deal with and I wish all international companies could take the lead that Glint has provided. I am now used to The Philippines call centers with every company I'm with. The team member already knew what to do and was able to correct it with her own terminal and had control over being able to update, instead of having to ask dozens of people and spending hours on the phone. This was not the case. I stated problem. She asked for all of my identifiers and then manually reset and said you are fine good to go. Before I hung up I watched the program change in front of me and come up to date. Once again after dealing with call centers with terrible problems since March 2022 this was a pleasurable fix and the team member was pleasurable and spoke in a way I could understand. Thanks Glint, for spending the extra dollar to make sure the team members are confident and upbeat not just reciting upbeat words. Keep up the good work! Sincerely, David E

Very fast, simple, easy, user-friendly. Really. No complaints 😁 only issue which is not really an issue. It depends on the bank. My bank kind of made hard to purchase gold at first but once you sort that out it's very easy at the end of the day

Was very easy to setup the debit card and make my first purchase of gold on Glint. I am so excited to have a way of getting out of fiat currencies and using gold to store/save my purchasing power..!!

Just started my experience wirh glint but so far so good. With the economy like it is because of poor government response at the time i thought glints ease of buying gold might be a good step as this is by far not my firat attempt at investments but is firat time to try gold as an investment. Everything I try and buy it gives me some type of problem I was able to purchase one time with my capital one Walmart credit card and that was it I tried my Bank of America card and my netspend prepaid card it won't even allow that one to go on which is weird because that is as good as cash prepaid will only let you purchase what you have the funding for I think your finances need help to make it easier to make purchases.

I had to check YouTube to see how to buy gold once I had the cash in my account. I'm a late boomer, so it might be me. I love the opportunity to buy, save and even spend gold.
