It didn’t accept my first top up from debit card so I had to contact customer care, they were prompt but the reason they gave wasn’t correct so I had to send them a screen shot as a proof and only then was able to top up. Minor hiccup and it was sorted promptly. Now I waiting to see when are they finally going to launch their card in my region, something they have been saying for a long time!

Although I've experienced no problems with purchasing, I do wish that there was a program or web page to utilize on my computer. A phone is okay but it can be easily lost or damaged. You really need a workable web page.
