The onboarding process was easily navigable and gave sufficient attention to ID verification, confirmation, and protection. Through no fault of Glint, I forgot my password. The guidance and directions provided followed the same parameters as onboarding. I believe the platform is secure and feel much more comfortable venturing into this new age of gold-backed money and finances. Great Job!

Seems like a good concept. Definitely better than depending on fiat dollars. Hoping for the positive experience it has been thus far to continue. We'll see how it goes.

Once a person is in the mix it gets better however, the response time to questions needs improving.

I am enjoying using Glint and it is another 'pot' to use for saving, so I am more than happy :)

I'm a brand new Glint user and I just ordered my card. I had a bit of difficulty at first, but customer service was kind and very helpful. I'm very glad Glint is there.

If I’d received my Glint Card I’d have given this 5 stars, however I’m still waiting for that so it’s an unknown quantity. I like the idea very much, but will go easy until merchants start to widely accept it. In essence it’s a prepay card, using gold rather than funding it with cash. As gold has a better chance of increasing in value than cash, I see it as a better option. I’ve tried paying with gold before, but most of the setup was aimed at being anonymous and was way too much fuss to use on an everyday basis. Glint is extremely straightforward and the customer service is very good. The Glint app is good and has been kept simple to use, not overloaded with info you don’t really need or want.

I wanted a five star experience but when I try to Top Up using my bank debit card, it’s always rejected. The app is slow but I love that I have the opportunity to buy save and spend gold, the easy way.

I had to watch YouTube videos how to set it up once I got going it was okay it’s early days yet I’ve got to convince myself how to change it from gold to the British pound or even euro but we’ll see

Quick and easy to open account. Less than 30 minutes.

So far my experience has been great. Signing up for an account was easy, and the fees seem to be quite minimal especially when coming from the crypto space. Topping up with fiat takes some time as you have to do a standard transfer from your bank, would be nice to be able to link a bank account in the future.
