I have been meaning to write this review for a little while. A few months ago, I had the pleasure of speaking on the phone with Penny Kirkham, on quite a few occasions. Penny, was always very courteous, helpful and had good rapport. I could sense that Penny was relatively new at the time and understandably, there was the odd question that she was unsure of the answer, for which she replied honestly, explaining that was still learning, and reassured me that she would find the information and get back to me. Penny did get back to me and made sure I had all the information/options/costs, that I needed to present to my practice owner. Thank you Penny! From Gwen H-R
