I would just like to draw attention to the fantastic customer service I experienced today dealing with Penny (Account Manager -Internal Sales). Penny was polite, friendly and went out of her way and exceeded my expectation when booking in a service for our equipment. Penny was patient while I looked for the information she required to make the booking and I received confirmation by email after our call.

Helen’s CPR training was excellent

Stef attended our practice on 24/06/21 and delivered our medical emergency training and cross infection. She was very polite and delivered the training well considering the circumstances we are in. I would highly recommend!! Great Work!!

Just completed our staff training with Wendy Weatherson. The training we did was :- Manual Handling, Fire and Marshall, COSHH/Legionella, BLS/ME/AED and Infection Control, and your Fire Risk Assessment and H&S Risk Assessment. We had a cross infection training day with Rachel Vosper at DD a couple of weeks ago and she was wonderful. She is extremely professional, patient and helpful and we all agreed how much we enjoyed the course. We are looking forward to our next CPR course with her later today.

We had a virtual BLS training today with Steph McNally. I think it was one of the best sessions I’ve had in the past 15 years. Maybe, doing it online helped as there was no distraction from fellow participants. Steph is very clear in delivering key information, skipping stuff that is quite obvious and focusing on the tricky bits.
