Great service although the parcel was left in the rain and fell apart this was the carrier NOT dd group.

The account department has been terrible last couple of years, rest of the company is fine. I have an agreement with them to send me the statement by post as i am an old fashion and it is been like this for the last 20 years. They keep forgetting to send it and start bombard me with emails and phone call your statement is due to be paid. It is a monthly event.
