I made an order via their winter sale not realizing the slow shipping was SO slow. So I sent and email inquiring as to when my item would be shipped. They advised me that I had used the slowest shipping and what delivery times were. But the next morning I got an email that my package had been shipped and it came promptly after that. I feel that it was good customer care to bump the shipping forward like that. I think their products are very cute. I have ordered several little storage boxes in various sizes. I wish they would do more sizes and designs for adults rather than focusing on children's designs. The boxes are great for hair ties, bobby pins, rubber bands, twisty ties, paperclips, crafting, etc. Also I use notepads quite a bit and it would be nice if they have more grown up designs.

Wish I read the reviews before placing an order!! Sales delivery ( not explained when placing the order) 2 weeks on and still awaiting delivery! Really bad customer service experience! you think they would try and be proactive to gain / keep customers in this climate !? But No. They have lost a new customer already

This is my second order with Rex London who are new to me. My experience has been great, full tracking and speedy delivery. I particularly like the childrens gifts, ocean colour changing bath book, mimi and milo tissue paper, lunch box etc recently purchased in the sales for my young niece in addition to the quirky adult gifts available as handy Christmas stocking fillers.

My first order , mainly sale items arrived quickly, one item ( which was only £1) arrived damaged , I emailed them and straight away they posted a replacement, you. Can’t get better customer service than that

I saw there was a sale on so I had a look and was impressed by the items and price so ordered a few things for my daughter who loves animals specifically dogs and cats. I was not disappointed! Quick delivery, so carefully packed and really nice items. I have now recommended to family and friends.

I had an item arrive damaged and emailed them to explain. I had a response within 10 minutes and a replacement arrived the next day. What great customer service. I have loved everything I have bought and presents were also well received. Will definitely be back for more.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Makes a real change when you can contact a real person who does a fantastic job and just gets it done. I bought a product with manufacturer defect part and send an email to customers support. I received immediate response and in a 4 days a hole new unit came to my post completely free. Excellent service!

My son bought this umbrella for his fourth birthday on a day out at the postal museum with his Granny. Unfortunately it's very poor quality, my son wasn't even able to open the canopy before the handle broke off leaving a razor sharp jagged piece of metal at the end which was incredibly dangerous. Living nowhere near to the museum it's difficult to return it to get our money back. I would strongly avoid

I have ordered several times (roughly once a month) before and have always been impressed with the prices and quality of the products. I recently placed an order- it took over 5 weeks to arrive and when I queried it with customer services, I received a dismissive, abrupt and rude response. Interestingly, I received a dispatch email and my order appeared 24 hours later. The low review has nothing to do with the products- they are great. Their lack of customer service and poor attitude has warranted this review and unfortunately has put me off buying from them again.
