Ordered a Stihl strimmer for Fathers day. No issues to order and part with the money, then the give the Stihl disclaimer - not before they take the money though. I have no issues with policies and procedures, just for them to be upfront. They have delayed a Fathers day present which I now have to source somewhere else, and haven't taken any responsibility. Goodness only knows what they would be like if you actually got the product promised and it was faulty!! Don't buy anything from these jokers. No sincere apologies forthcoming.

It would be useful to know difference between variants KP0810 c,k and ck.....Makita company website a bit confusing over these.

A short while after I had placed an online order for two items, I realised there was a third item I required. Not wanting to incur an additional delivery charge, I phoned the sales office and was able to add the extra item with no bother at all. The complete order was delivered on the next working day by Fedex. The only downside was that the order was placed on a Friday and, for Fedex, the next working day appears to be Monday. I found the website easy to negotiate, the ordering and payment process straightforward and the prices competitive. I will definitely use Wadkins again and recommend them to anyone looking for products in their range.

Ordered Makita battery 2pm arrived next day at 10am and it was the cheapest price around too. Cant do better than that!
