I have found the whole experience with Alan Wadkins to be be absolutely stress free and a pleasure! There was a tiny accessory part missing problem "manufacturerer's fault" but Nikki at Alan Wadkins and her team really surprised me at just how very fast they dealt with it and how extremly careing they were with everything and to be honest very polite as well "I really can't believe how fast they dealt with what must have been such a tiny problem" . It's like it doesn't matter wether your a multy thousand pound order customer or a ten pound order customer your all treat with the same respect and you all matter!!
