The cabin I initially rented was impacted by the very cold weather on a holiday weekend. I have several thoughts on this - this weather was expected so I would have thought that extra caution would have been taken to prevent impact to water pipes; the rental co gave us several options to rent in place of our initial selection; we ended up in a smaller but acceptable cabin; this cabin was not clean - cobwebs throughout the house in kitchen cupboards, windows and closets - very dirty bedspreads, throws and sofa.

We've stayed at Stress Relief several times and have enjoyed our stays. However, the WiFi is often slow and not always reliable.

The pictures on the website were everything that we had expected. It was a little concerning when trying to unpack the car going up steps that were not shoveled completely However, the hot tub was unusable and the master bathroom tub, which was a deep tub the stopper wouldn’t hold the water in the tub so it could not be used. I received am almost immediate response stating that someone would be contacting us to fix the hot tub no one called nor came out waited two days. The amenities the hot tub and the deep tub were the draw for our family Waiting for the management team to review and credit our account Told this could take up to 2 weeks

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is always easy to work with and they have some of the best properties in the area. We have rented nearly 10 times. Easy to communicate with and if something isn’t perfect, they work hard to fix it.

The property has gorgeous mountain top views. We had a little problem checking in because the code that was provided was incorrect. After a couple phone calls that all went to voicemail, I finally Received a text from blue ridge rental with the correct door code. Our stay was great, however the bottom floor did get chilly at night. Thankfully there were extra blankets and space heaters. Leaving the property was a hassle due to a winter storm dumping 9 inches overnight, which only called for 1-3”. Despite having vehicles with 4 wheel drive, one of our SUVs wasn’t able to make it up the driveway and slide down.. there were shovels and 1 bag of ice in the shed. However the shed was frozen shut and when we were finally able to open it, the key froze in the lock and snapped in half. After 2hrs of shoveling we were able to get all vehicles out of the driveway. Very thankful for the kind neighbors that helped us!! So be mindful of potential snow storms and bring only big trucks! Aside from the driveway issues and the delayed responses from the rental property company, we loved our stay, loved the house, and would definitely stay here again!

Atop Boone was clean, quiet, and cozy. We loved the location and the property in general. The beds were super comfy, and happily made already when we arrived. We were absolutely thrilled to have some beautiful snow during our visit, which definitely added to the cozy appeal! We could not be happier with blue Ridge Mountain Rentals- Everyone was friendly and flexible. We were able to schedule an extra day, spur of the moment, when we realized after check out that the road down into Boone was blocked by cars that had been caught off guard by the snow. Very happy with our experience overall, and we very much look forward to visiting again!

4 families got together and we had a great experience. Cabin was spacious, kitchen was packed with everything we could need. Play room was the kids favorite. Beds were comfortable. Maybe a little dusty in some areas (windows, around tv, night stands) but not a deal breaker. Close to stores but far enough from civilization. About 30 mins away from Ski Resort. Cabin had great views. I do recommend having an all wheel drive in the winter months or tire chains. We definitely brought ours and needed them with our Highlander. Overall, we loved it, would stay again.

I am appalled by the experience my family and I had with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals, a company that exemplifies the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My wife has been dealing with them, and its been nothing short of a nightmare. They included in their rental agreement that they are not responsible if you cannot access the property, fully aware that you won't be able to navigate steep mountain roads in snow and ice. This blatant disregard for guest safety is unacceptable. We recently rented a house for two nights spending $2400, only to find ourselves stuck and unable to reach the property. The drop-off on one side was so steep that if we had slipped off, I would not be here writing this review. As someone who drives a Chevrolet 2500HD and has experience driving in snowy conditions, it was still impossible to make it up the mountain. We ended up with no place to go but back home, leaving us incredibly disappointed and out of pocket. Despite my wife reaching out to their customer service, they promised callbacks that never materialized. It's clear that this company is fully aware of the dangerous conditions of the subdivision roads yet continues to rent properties without any concern for the safety of their guests. They make you sign an agreement stating that you won't receive a refund, effectively trapping you in a situation where you are left with nothing but frustration and financial loss. We refuse to be scammed and will continue to share our experience on every single platform available until we receive a refund. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is a ripoff, and we strongly advise against using their services. They need to be held accountable for their actions!

It was a very nice weekend and the house was faultless: kitchen very well equipped, wifi very stable, clean hot tube, all fireplaces working properly, very comfortable beds… if I could suggest a point to be considered would be a charger for electric cars. For sure we are going to be back! And the booking process easy, and all questions were answered promptly and efficiently.

My family and I had a great experience! We loved the house! You definitely need a four wheel drive if it’s snowing. Blue ridge responded promptly with any needs we had.

This is our second time staying at The Trinity. It feels like home. Our grandchildren loved the game room. We were able to sled on the property which was great. Even with the snow and cold temps, Sugar Mountain kept the roads scrapped daily. We did not have four wheel drive but were able to get down the mountain safely. So much more positives about this property. To end, I would highly recommend this property.

Stellar cabin! Best of the three! Living room could use a sectional! If you have more than two people!! It was two of us! We love love loved it! Snowed like all get out! But great thing about this cabin was it was only few hundred yards off the main road no huge hills to travel! For the reluctant driver. This is s PERFECT location!!! All the amenities you expect privacy, great bathrooms! A tub and an extra bathroom for the common area!! Only thing it needs is more seating for cold days! Otherwise warm weather it would be fantastic! Tons of outdoor seating and a huge firepit!! Back of the lot very secluded!!! Cool view of the slopes and main road going up there!

Best equipped kitchen of any VRBO I have ever rented. We cooked every meal in the cabin and had all the implements we needed. Access to grocery was 15 minutes away. 20 to the ski mountain. Needed chains to get off the mountain in our front-wheel drive SUV on Monday morning, but we came prepared. Would love to come back in the summer and scramble the creek out back.

We love this house we’ve stayed in twice now. ! Nice neighborhood . Blue ridge realty has always been nice to deal with. The only problem we’ve ever had both years was we couldn’t get into the house even arriving after 4 check in time. Had to call both years as code we had each time would not work.

We brought our youth from church and had a wonderful experience. Plenty of space for everyone. We all enjoyed our stay!!
