I had a few queries before I bought, so reached out on the chat - and had speedy, reassuring replies. I invested and bought the classic cookware and non-stick cookware. Chosen as it was designed for the induction hob and oven safe. It promised to be efficient on the hob and it certainly is. Delivery was quick and it came beautifully packed - all sustainable packaging.

I have been cooking with my frying pan now for some time, with oil as instructed. I would have expected by now to have built up some kind of resistance to sticking, but unfortunately this has not happened. If I fry an egg you literally have to scrape it out of the pan, then, have to soak it in warm soapy water for at least an hour to remove the remnants, mince and other foods stick like a magnet. Disappointed.

Purchased a carbon steel 36cm fry pan. Good, solid weight, well made. Had a manufacturing defect in mine; replaced no quibble with excellent communication along the process.

Great pan, one that will last

I have a large collection of their pots and pans which are excellent. Unfortunately due an error on my side, one pan became warped - they were exceedingly helpful and managed to repair the damage at no cost.

We’ve been buying the cookware for a few years now and can highly recommend it. It is durable and hard wearing.

I love the cookware but delivery times are excessively long - it takes up to 20 working days for items to be posted. Why so long? Buying these goods from Amazon is much faster and no more expensive when postage is taken into account.
