We bought a couple of non-stick tri-ply saucepans and lids. Although expensive, they are beautifully made, solid items. Very quick delivery.

Very good product (chefs pan), well made and arrived very quickly. Good that it is made in Great Britain. Very important to buy British made products.

Top quality products. I purchased three loose bottom flan dishes and an oven tray. Cannot fault the workmanship or quality.

On the website the symbol for use with metal utensils is shown. The leaflet accompanying the pan says do not use metal utensils!

Ordered a 28cm frying pan online. It was delivered quickly and was well packaged. Just as well, because it is very heavy. Quality is good, but although they are described as "seasoned" the non-stick performance will improve after a few uses. It seems odd not washing it with Fairy etc but the debris seems to release fairly well now without too much scrubbing. Don't expect it to remain looking immaculate though - it will rapidly develop a well-used patina.

I have bought Samuel Groves cookware before and although quite expensive, it is both British and of very good quality. The small tins I bought were to complement some existing older ones which have proven to be very durable. The new ones seem to be of the same high quality and hopefully will last for as many years.

This is without doubt the best quality cookware that we have ever bought. The quality is outstanding and will last for generations. Good old fashioned British manufacturing, hard to come by these days. We cooked steaks and trimmings on the Griddle on the barbecue and it was amazing. Cheaper foreign products would have buckled in the heat, this Samuel Groves griddle didn’t flinch. Really really pleased with it. The packaging and delivery were outstanding also, a quality service indeed. We will expand our collection now that we know the standard. Worth every penny. Thank you.

I purchased from Samuel Groves, because this is a British company, my pan is to be used in an outdoor wood burning stove .this pan more than meets my needs and expectations. I will be purchasing more. Excellent service and very quick delivery .
